At The Goads, I help leaders, teams, and mission-driven organizations grow with greater clarity, purpose, and effectiveness. My role is to provide both the challenge that moves people forward and the support that helps meaningful change take root.

In ancient times, a goad had two meanings:

🔹 A prod that moved animals forward—a symbol of movement, challenge, and growth.

🔹 A nail that secured wisdom and stability—a reminder that lasting impact requires strong foundations (Ecclesiastes 12:11).

Those two ideas shape how I approach leadership and organizational development. Sometimes leaders need a push toward change. Sometimes teams need stronger structures beneath them. Often, they need both.
